If you are searching for the Sarah POOLE (nee MINNEY) who is the wife of John POOLE in Stagsden, Bedfordshire in 1851 then I believe her to be the person in the following 1841 census entry:

HO107//56/16 - Clifton Reynes, Bucks
Martha MINEY, age 57, Lacemaker, born in the county
Sarah MINEY, age 22, no occupation given, born in the county

Martha MIN[N]EY was baptised at Clifton Reynes on 17 June 1785, the daughter of William MINNEY and Elizabeth (nee KENT) who married at Clifton Reynes on 25 May 1783.  Martha had at least three illegitimate children - Mary Ann baptised on 19 June 1808, Samuel baptised on 7 November 1814 and Jane baptised on 5 December 1828 and buried on 3 February 1829 - and I believe her to be the mother of Sarah even thought there is no baptism for Sarah at Clifton Reynes.

Sarah Minney married John Poole, in Clifton, Bucks 1842. They had children, James, 1832, Charles, 1839, Elizabeth, 1843, Martha, 1844, George, 1845, Ellen, 1846, Josiah, 1848, Samuel, 1849, Joseph, 1849, Sophia,1854, Julia, 1862.

The marriage register for Clifton Reynes has not been deposited at the Centre for Buckinghamshire Studies at Aylesbury so I could not check out the marriage to see who Sarah gives as her father.  Perhaps it would be a good idea to purchase this.

 Also, Sarah MINNEY was not the mother of James born 1832 or Charles born 1839.  These are children of John POOLE and his first wife Sarah DOSITER who he marriad on 12 October 1818 at Stagsden, Bedfordshire
