Thanks. I think ?? I've found them in 1851 but seems to be a Mary (dtr) born 1828. Wonder where she was in 1841????? ???

There is a Mary Pyatt born 1828 as a servant in Gayton (don't know how close that is?!) or living with an Isaac and Ellen Bentley in Checkley (again, not sure how close to Cheadle)

I'm not good on the geography either.
But the marriage I that seems likely for George and Hannah is
George Pyatt to Hannah Bull on 2 Jun 1823 in Checkley, Staffs.

MMMMmmmm, something to look into I think,

Thanks

Isaac Bentley to Ellen Bull - Checkley St Mary and All Saints - 1840

Wonder if Ellen is sister of Hannah and therefore Mary staying with a maternal aunt and her husband.

George was my gt gt gt grandad .. checkley is very local .. my grandads marriage was recorded as checkley too.. 5 generations of pyatt in cheadle lived within a 400yd radius over many decades! I'd love to know where Azubah and isaac went??
