Seeking any information regarding the above home for unmarried mothers. My father was born there in 1929 and I am trying to find any case notes etc to try and find out when his mother arrived there, from where and when she left.

In my opinion the marriage residence is not always the place of birth. Never forget Workhouse and overseers accounts records of birth

Hi. I am looking for information, and possible father of Gordon Hydes, mother Violet Hydes, born in St Monicas 1933, unknown father. I believe the Church tried to source fathers for support.
I live abroad and 2 years ago travelled to Bradford Library to study their resources. The library was closed for 3 days due to industrial action, therefore i missed my opportunity   .
Thank you
A
