RAF " 5th Flight" School Egypt March 1919

My Great x 2 Uncle William Frederick Heron was a Lt in the RAF when he was "accidentally killed" in Egypt on 3/3/1919, i believe he crashed his plane.

I have his service records which I don't fully understand to be honest.

Does anyone have information about the Flight School or the role of the newly formed RAF in Egypt in 1919??
