Hi . I too went to Soho College and I believe that vivijune was my dear friend  I loved that school so much and was devoted to Miss Welding. When we had to go into Mrs Murphy's class I was so scared because she had a reputation for being strict. Actually if you worked hard, she was very fair. We went on a coach to Green more College and had to have a fancy uniform designed by Norman Hartnell. Happy days.

Wonderful to hear from you! You made my week!

Would you mind responding back on this thread so I can send you back a personal message? I can't do that until there is a second post.

Have a good week and looking forward to hearing from you again.

Hi There - my mum Audrey Spencer (still with us at age 89) went to Soho College from 1934 - 1942 (approx) & remembers in particular Miss Courbet, Miss Higginbottom, Mrs Smith (juniors) Miss Jones anyone out there remember her - or that era. She would love to hear from you. Regards Jax Croft
