Hood
« on: Wednesday 25 May 11 10:56 BST (UK) »
Hi All   :)
This may be a bit difficult, I am searching for the birth and marriage of a Thomas Hood c1757, m an Elizabeth ? c 1776,
Their children were baptised in Spittal Presbyterian Chapel from 1777.  I also have births for Hood's in Lowick Presbyterian Chapel. My reason for coming here is that the Presbyterians were an offshoot from the Church of Scotland so believe origins of my Hood line is in this area.
Any info would be fantastic
Paul

Hi Paul,
On familysearch a Thomas Hood and Elizabeth Armstrong married 5 Jun 1776, Belford, England. This is an extracted record from the locality so should be correct. However, don't know if this is yours or not.
