Hi everyone
The marriage certificate of Mary Blanshard & Henry Jennison has arrived.

There wasn't a Thomas Blanshard after all.

Nov 21 1867
St. John's Manchester
Mary Blanshard age full, spinster, no occupation address Gt Ducie St. Manchester

AND the big question, who was Mary's father !!!!!!!

Her father was George Blanshard occ. Fell Monfler ???
A very big surprise, I didn't expect that her maiden name was going to be Blanshard.

Thank you all for your help

Regards
Ann

Thank you very much for your thoughts on Thomas Reynolds and Mary not being married, I didn't even think of that.

 ???
Can anyone explain why Mary Blanshard (b:1818) would say her daughter Mary Hannah's (b:1856) father was Thomas Blanshard and not Thomas Reynolds on the marriage certificate (to Francis Hoffman in 1877) when there wasn't ever a Thomas Blanshard.

On the 1851, 1861 census named Reynolds.

Thomas Reynolds must have died after 1861 census and 1867 when Mary (b:1818) married Henry Jennison.

After 1871 they were all named Blanshard.

Also,  :-* :-*  sorry to push for more info, could you please tell me how would I find (from Australia) a Will for Thomas Reynolds between 1861 and 1867.

Thank you very much

Regards
Ann
