Please fix the Buffs!

Could someone please repair the damage caused by a paperclip to this old photo of members of the R.A.O.B (Buffs)?  (I have tried to reduce the scan following the guidlines, but I'm not sure that I've done it correctly!). Many thanks  ;)

The image is to small to do much with, you should scan at a min of 300dpi.

This is about the best I can do with what you have posted.

Many thanks to all for your help, I really appreciate it.  I will endevour to re-scan the photo as suggested, but I'm a bit of a dinosaur with computers!  ;D
