I looked for the Isabella Barbera Pickett b.1890 Co. Derry - her father was Robert and mother Isabella.
She was baptised in Londonderry Urban no 1 (RD)

familysearch has the reference as
Isabella Barbara Pickett Londonderry
1st quarter 1890
but the volume  and page number are missing

thanks this has been a great help i cant believe the help i`m getting.

Isabella's mother was Isabella Quigley.
familysearch has the marriage record:

Name: Robert John Piggott Londonderry
4th quarter  1879
Volume Number: 2
Page Number: 159
to
Name:ELIZABETH Doras Quigley  Londonderry
4th quarter  1879
Volume Number: 2
Page Number: 159

IFHF has her father as William and his father as Robert

this seems to fit as my mother was florence elizabeth and it seems quite likely  to me that she would have given her one of her mothers names. My daughter is louise elizabeth so the name goes on :)

thank you all I am a very happy lady

Sorry to put a damper on this new information posted but your first post said "her father robert pigott. her mother was mary" so why do you now that her parents are the Robert John Piggott and Elizabeth Doras[?] Quigley posted here? Elizabeth is a very, very common girl's name in Ireland so the fact that your Barbara's daughter's middle name was Elizabeth doesn't mean that Barbara's mother had Elizabeth in her name. Why did you originally think her mother's name was Mary?

And why did you think "barbara born about 1892"- have you found a record which lists her age (census, death certificate, etc.)?

It's very easy to get confused and follow the wrong family if you don't check each source step-by-step.

I have the marriage cert of barbara and assumed that mary was her mother as she had signed as a witness it did not state it was her mother.

I have the death cert: she died in 1954 age 64 so she was born in 1890 my mistake

thanks

Two points-
1) age on death certificate is provided by the informant (not the deceased) so it's not uncommon for it to be incorrect (especially if the deceased was economical about her age)
2) relationship to witnesses on marriage certificates are not specified (and you can't assume they are related even though the surname if the same)

Have you found Barbara in 1901 or 1911 census (either in England or Ireland) yet?

On the marriage certificate that you have- Barbara's father listed as Robert Pigott- what's his occupation?

Was hoping it would match the occupation here-
There's this Robert Piggott in 1901 census with daughter Isabella age 11 but wife is also called Isabella-
