Ruth Ibbotson - Sheffield, Hathersage?

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me with my Ruth Ibbotson. She married Samuel Clark 18 Nov 1805 Cathedral Saint Peter, Sheffield. I found a burial record for Ruth at Ecclesall All Saints Church 19 Sep 1824, she was 37yrs old, making her estimated birth year 1787. I did a search on the IGI and found nothing for a Ruth Ibbotson in yorkshire, so I extended to Derbyshire where I found a christening on the 20 mar 1787 Hathersage to a William Ibbotson.

When I looked into this connection I found two William Ibbotson's marriages 17 Jun 1782 to Elizabeth Middleton & 13 Nov 1785 to Ruth Slade.

I have also found a death for William Ibbotson of Sheffield bur 3 Dec 1818 Hathersage, born 1757. But I can't find burials for either wife.

Any help solving this mystery would be greatly appreciated.

for William Ibbotson 3 Nov 1818 (will proved 1823), saw and fender maker of Sheffield. It doesn't mention a daughter Ruth but I wonder if that is the burial you are looking at?
It might be worth contacting the person who posted it as they may know more about the Hathersage Ibbotsons.
