help in appledore kent please. i am trying to find the parents of frederick boon who was born in1816 died in1879 in appledore  i think his mother was called lydia. his son george was born in1847 but that is all i can find.

Familysearch has Frederic Clerk BOON baptised 11th June 1815 at Appledore, son of Elizabeth (no father listed)

FREDERICK CLARK BOON was son of Lydia Boon. She was unmarried. His father was Nicholas Clark.

Yes, that's right. The Clark is after his father who was Nicholas Clark.

His father is named as Nicholas Clark, labourer on his marriage to Mary Sinden on 25 Dec 1843 at Appledore, Ss Peter & Paul

Do you know who Lydia's parents were? I'm wondering why there is no 1861 census record for Lydia Boon grocer and mother of Frederick and
Susanna?
