;DHi just found this thread. I was wondering if you could check your list and see if there is a David Trotter born about 1851 or a Thomas strachan born 1860 in this place . any information would be appreciated. Actually any trotters here between 1795 and 1900 would help in my research.
Thank you for the tremendous work you have done. Im in australia and getting to scotland is a pipedream at the moment.

thank you
 Ruth

Hi Norrie,
After7 years of searching, I have finally broken through my preverbial brick wall, and I would be extremely grateful if you could check this for me.
Based on death records,  the following members of this family were buried in "Burying Ground Dunfermline"

The family that I am looking for is called : Campbell

1st marriage of David Campbell with Agnes Lamb

Agnes Campbell MS Lamb died in Dunfermline 1850 age 35yrs
Child: Agnes Lamb Campbell died in Dunfermline 1858 aged 8yrs
Unmarried son: James Campbell died 1863 aged 20.

2nd Marriage of (same) David Campbell and Helen Penman

David Campbell died 1877 aged 67 years
Helen Campbell Ms Penman died in 1884 aged  63years
Child: David Campbell died 1858 aged 7yrs

Thank You
Anne
