Found a death reg on FreeBMD Mary Garrity age 66 Mar quarter 1922 is that her?  If so have you that certificate?

Should also consider Donald in place of Daniel, it looks like those names were interchangeable in Scotland in the 1800's. I've come across that problem 2 or 3 times in the Highlands.

There is a Mary Garrity died 1922 in Middlesbrough on
 www.teesvalley-indexes.co.uk  reference no. M-M-35-0-228, You are able to ask relevant questions prior to puchase of Death Cert. e.g  Is her husband called Francis?
cost of cert is £8.00

She married Francis Garrott aged 23, who i know was born in Cork, Ireland.

Looks like that's a Yes!   ;D

Not wishing to confuse matters but McLeman is a name linked to coastal communities in that part of Scotland.  Just a thought.
