There is an 18 year old Sarah Holt in Brixworth in 1911. We can't give all the details, but if you would like to see the transcription online you can. Genes Reunited gives her birthplace, which is Northants Old.

Then that same Sarah is in 1901 as HOLT, Sarah E, born in Old Northampton. The middle initial is probably a transcription error. There's only one Sarah Holt born in Northamptonshire in 1893, which you already found so there she is in 1901 and 1911, perhaps someone with access could give full details which I don't have anymore.
In Old Entire also is William Holt, 39 and Samuel Holt, 47, both ordinary farm labourers; one will be her father.

Yes, it is a bit confusing, I agree.
Sometimes on the censuses the transcriber got it wrong or the enumerator got it wrong in the first place, just today I've had a George Thomas Smith recorded as George F. Smith, so it's probably her.

I agree it is probably her the only way to be sure is to purchase Marriage and Birth Certs.
In the meantime I have found some info;
Christenings for SAMUEL/ELLEN Holt( 1 Record has Ellen Elizabeth), Old, Northamptosnhire,
( Source Familysearch Pilot);
HERBERT JAMES, 02Dec 1877
WALTER SAMUEL 20 July 1874
BERTHA ELIZABETH 01 June 1879
GEORGE ARTHUR 03 Oct 1880

These appear on the 1881 Census with Samuel/Ellen Elizabeth + Son In Law John William LINNELL age 7 born c 1874
Marriage from FreeBMD;
Samuel HOLT/Ellen Elizabeth LINNELL, June 1876, Brixworth, 3b 233

SAMUEL Holt Christened 15 May 1853, Old, Northamptonshire, to DAVID/HANNAH
(Source Familysearch Pilot)
FreeREG also has this Record and Davids Occp is Labourer
When you get back further with the Family there are quite a lot of Records of Holts in Old including Samuels siblings;

HI All.

Nadine it seems as though the records you need
are still at the Church unless they were non-conformists.

So a nice letter/e-mail to the Vicar.

Or a matter of buying original certificates from the G.R.O.

These are what are held at the Northamptonshire Record Office.

HI again.

Looking at the marriage entry it seems it was the Brixworth Reg District
which covers all of Old, Walgrave, Scadwell, Pitsford and Brixworth, Holcott.

The marriage did not take places in any of the above places (except
no confirmation of Old yet).

Neither did Samuel's.

Whilst viewing the P.R. though I did glean some information
that may help yourself or others with the same lineage.
