Hi Downunder Thank you for your help in finding out about the beetons, I too love the name mothersole.

Karenlee My lilly Beeton didnt die until in the 1990's cant remember the exact yr, but my son was only a little boy and he wasnt born until 1986.

James BEETON 24 bac[helor] lab[ourer] of East Fen Common Soham son of Robert lab[ourer] married Amelia MOTHERSOLE 25 sp[inster] of Station Rd Soham dau of William, bootmaker, on 4 Nov 1899. Witnesses were William George MOTHERSOLE and Helen MOTHERSOLE.

James was son of Robert BEETON and Sarah [nee Bailey], born 09 Mar 1868 in Soham.
