Thanks for that. Waiting to hear from person Im doing research for as he has the names of Thomas Emanuel's children.

Cardiff: 1891 census- bit  confused over who is who on it. Are they all siblings? Asking this as Thomas and Sarah listed as being born 1861
then the others listed born from 1873-1891. If Thomas and Sarah are the parents Im thinking the date of their births is wrong as theyd only
be 12 years old when Henry was born(1873).

Hi, that's a strange one as it certainly looks like 30 on the original census. Thomas is given as head and Sarah as wife, all the others are either sons or daughters. I think it is the same family as in 1881.

Have checked the census and the ages that are given are written on original as I have said and the relationships are wife sons and daughters. so cannot help you there. But if you look at 1881 census their ages are the same as 1891 census so they should have been 41 and 40 not 31 and 30 like 1881.
