This photo is so awesome, I had it printed A4 size. I'm a stunned mullet taking in how beautiful it came out. I even had to buy a frame for it, got a wooden one that's dyed purplish and matches perfectly the frame you placed around it Carolyn.
Sending it to dad on Monday. After I spend the rest of the weekend admiring it, Wondered where I got my good looks, Grandma  ;D

Sounds like you don't need this one but I started it last night and instead of binning I decided to post it

no no it's good to, thanks Irene

It must be a door on Dorothea's right side, your attempt brought that out well, could see it faintly in the others but wasn't sure just what it was

Heard from Dad today, first thing he said was "thank you very much". But it was you ones did the restore so I'm passing his thanks on to you

Needless to says he's tickled pink over the picture, and yes he did get a little emotional  ;D
reckoned he shot straight over to the store to buy a picture hook and put it on his wall so he can see it everyday, He's happy, That's what you did, you made an old man very happy.

I have another one of dorothea as an infant sitting in one of her aunts lap I might put in here soon to see what can be done with it., it's a sepia, would be 15 years older then the first photo. It's not damaged but it is grainy

Thanks again
