Drummond/Drumod Strokestown

I Have only a small amount of info to go on......and have been asked by a 92 year old lady to see if she could find any info on her family....so here goes..
Her  father was a James Kelly from Drummond/Drumod Strokestown he married Maria nee Gannon from Creeve Drumlish Roscommon James Father was Bernard Kelly who married a Bridget Todan....the lady knows nothing about her grandad only his name....I know this is big order without dates but just maybe someone could help....

If your friend was born in 1919 - both her parents should be on the 1901 and 1911 census which is free at www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search

Many thanks for your reply I have just found what I think is her Father on the 1901 /1911 census both census says ( if i have the right person) he is unmarried. is there anyway I could look up  dates of marriages/ dates  of death for both father and grandfather

Bridget Todan

Is her surname definite?  I've found some births on the IGI but mother was Bridget Toolan (father Bernard Kelly)

So sorry her hand writing was a bit hard to understand I would say you have the correct surname  Toolan...

These are the births I found - in all cases parents were Bernard Kelly and Bridget Toolan and all show Roscommon
