looking for simon barrett senior

Anyone know how I can prove the 1st marriage of Simon Barrett is wife Ann Vice dated 11 mar 1765 Brinklow.  No other children were listed on his will other than the 3 who are of my family line [Richd. Barret brn 14 nov 1796 Frankton].  Also listed on the will was a brother called William.  No age was given on the will either, so am unable to honestly say that Ann Vice is the 1st wife.  2nd wife was Susannah Blundell marr. 5 nov 1791 Frankton, death of Simon was sep 1801, which is not long after his marriage to Susannah, whose death or a remarriage has not been confirmed to date.
