1911 census- Cornwall County ASylum?
« on: Saturday 02 July 11 13:56 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find the Cornwall County Asylum on the 1911 census but I'm having no luck.

Does anyone know the name of the superintendent in 1911? Maybe I can get a fix on the place via that information?

Thanks Rosie

My man wasn't there in 1911 so I suppose he was wandering around somewhere else at the time.

His place of death was stated in the Probate Calender but fudged on his burial entry! Family cover-up perhaps.

Suppose he might have been using a false name for some census after his imprisonment in 1888.
