Hi, I'm looking for any info on Sarah Kitch born c1823 Lympsham and her family. She married Henry Smith born in Honiton c1818, in 1839 in the Taunton area.

Can't see anything definite on familysearch,however Somerset OPC has a clerk for Lympsham so help may be at hand.

the only one i can see in 1841 in taunton
is henry smith age 24 occ. carpenter, and sarah smith age 27 both state born in somerset. living at north street,st.mary magdelan,taunton

can `t find them on 1861 census but 1871 Census they are living at Concord Place St James Taunton
Henry`s still a Plumber as are his sons Richard 21 yrs and Sidney 16 years. Daughter Elizabeth 14yrs is a student teacher
daughter Annie aged 12yrs Scholar as is Frederick W aged 6yrs

 on 1881 Census living at 32 Silver Street  Taunton
Henry is still a Plumber now aged 63 .Sarah  now 58years
Alice Jane daughter is 28years and Single. by trade
a milliner
Lodger Mary Ann Watts  Widow 78years From Dividends Taunton Somerset
Sarah Smith Died Jan/Feb/March 1886  aged 64 yrs at Taunton
Henry Smith DiedApr/May/June   1887  aged 69  yrs at Taunton

Thanks for taking the time to look into this, it's appreciated. A lot of what has been posted I have already managed to pick up from the on line census resources, however, what I am struggling to find, as Sarah was married before the 1841 census, is details of her family ie parents, siblings etc. Any suggestions on how I might try and locate these?

Freereg has a baptism which may be her if she was baptised later in life.Have you contacted Somerset OPC?
