My g g grandfather John was a brother to Lydia Millen I believe. I am still searching for records

I am looking for any records for John and Lidia’s father. I have 2 writings that say his name was Thomas Millen married to Ann Godfrey but I have found other records saying his name was John born mid 1700’s. Any help out there?
