1891 Upton on Severn - NEW Family

Is anything known to be missing from the 1891 Upton on Severn Census ?
Reason I ask in that I'm missing my NEW family ancestors in 1891 - and I'm 95% sure they were there? 


The are there in 1881 - in Court Street
    Ann New 57
    George New 26

Missing in 1891 then ...

They are there in 1901 - in School Lane
    George New 46
    Mary E New 45
    William G New 18
    Agnes M New 15
    Frances H New 13
    Amy E New 11
    Elsie M New 9
    Francis C New 6
    Gladys A New 4

None of them are anywhere to be found in 1891 so far as I can tell so far.
Seem odd.
