It is the nearest on the Northants Baptism Indexes, none other
likely.

Looking on Family Search there is one for Bodicote and checking on a disc I have it is there.

William Lovell 2nd January 1784 parents Joseph and Mary.

There is a possibility it could be him.  Bodicote is in Oxfordshire and isn't to far from Chipping Warden. My husbands ancestors are from around Bodicote Banbury area and I find that they sometimes go over to the Northamptonshire boarder and I believe Chipping Warden is Oxfordshire although I have found that the county of  a place when on a boarder line varies from Northamptonshire to Oxfordshire  on the census which can be confusing! Hope I am making sense.

He isn't on Bodicote marriages on the disc

I think there are two baptisms in Chipping Warden for a William Lovell. The one you have, baptised 19 July 1783 and, another, parents James and Elizabeth. Have you found the second baptism?

Do you know if this other William Lovell died in infancy?
