A friend found an old bible and has scanned the front two pages on which some family births have been noted
Sarah Botham's book March 10 1784 Nottingham
From what I can gather this book belonged to Sarah, daughter of Richard and Sarah Clarke - b.Feb 1759
Richard and sarah also had
John. b May 1757
Richard 1761
Thomas 1764
Then it appears that the wife Sarah and son Richard die Sept 23 1764
Richard remarried Elizabeth Dallison 27 Sept 1765 in Derbyshire ( from thr IGI)
and they have
Ann 1766
Mary 1769
Elizabeth 1773
Jane 1775
This bible is not related to his family and would like to know if there is any one out there that it does relate to.
