Hello, I am "helping" a friend to find Kathleen Violet A Ireland, and all I know is that she was born in Gloucester in 1910. I don't know who her parents are and can't find her in 1911. 
She married Mervyn Amos Rees in 1939 in Dorset
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Getting that cert will give her parents names

The most likely candidate for Kathleen on the 1911 is the 1 year old living in Bath, Somerset but born in Gloucester.  I cannot see more details than that however, you'll need to look her up.
