As its Sunday here is my confession:

I only started my family tree less than a year ago - I had always thought it was for anoraks! I soon got bitten by the bug. Now for the confession, we had to have our 2nd Cocker Spaniel in a year put down as he had cancer. We were going to be sensible and wait 6 months before we got another one but 3 days later went back to the usual breeder and bought a new puppy. Isn't it tempting when you are handed a 5 generation tree on the pedigree chart. My husband already thought I had become obsessed with the human family but when I started on the dogs to work out their relationship to each other he thought I was totally mad (or even barking! Ouch.) It was useful as I now know that the 1st and 3rd dogs are half brothers and the 2nd one is not related at all.  Aaaaah.

Aw! sorry about your doggie.  We did the same when our house wabbit Roger died ... we cried buckets and swore we wouldn't get another one.....two months later along came Rodney....now he's gone ... again we wept buckets and swore no more   .... now we are looking out for TWO more..... I don't think I will attempt a Wabbit tree though...you know how they breed
