2nd World War Cenataph
« on: Monday 02 May 05 05:06 BST (UK) »
I have two photos of a war cenotaph somewhere in Great Britain, It includes the name of an ancestor Kenneth Matheson R.N. who died in the 2nd Word War.  I would like to know where this cenotaph is, maybe someone will recognize the location.

I'm trying to attach a photo, but I don't think it has worked.

Hi Diane

Is he the Kenneth MATHESON listed with the Commonwealth War Graves as the husband of Agnes of Innellan, Argyllshire (son of James & Ann) and buried Falmouth, Cornwall?  If so, that might give a clue as to it's location  ???

Yes, it is the same person as mentioned in the CWG website.  I'll post the photo on the Cornwall section.
Thanks
