Married to Bridgen ?.  I believe they had 2 sons, 2 daughters and 8 grandchildren.
He was groomsman to brother Daniel William Hyde in 1902.

hi,,he served from jan 1900 to 17th nov 1900...severely wounded in the chest at Almonds nek on the 11/6/1900. 
served in the middlesex regiment  number 7138
