Many thanks, I had not seen your reply until today.

I will send off for a mariage certificate for Philomena Byrne who married Andrew Canna in the district of Rathdrum in 1872, do not know which quarter.
I have sent away for the marriage certificate of heir daughter Agnes.

I have now received the marriage certificate of Agnes Canna, daughter of Andrew & Philomena.
Agnes married 17.02.1908, Rathdown, to Arthur McMullen and in 1911 Census is shown as living in Dublin with children, John & Mary. Have found a marriage of John McMullen, in Dublin South, last quarter of 1944.

Hi Lance, My name is Betty Hunt (nee Canna), from Greystones, and I am researching my family tree. The headstone in Redford cemetery is my family plot (parents/brothers) and I think the Andrew Canna that you were looking for was my grandfather Christopher's brother.

Betty, like you I have William Hannan marrying Elizabeth Canna in 1896.
I am now looking for the husband's name of Bridget Canna, born 1874 and married Oct-Dec 1896.
Their brother Christopher, born, 1876, may have married in 1899 to Eliza ?

Hi,

The Familysearch.org index shows marriage ref. match to:

Bridget Canna, Oct - Dec 1896, Rathdrum
Vol 2, Page 839
Denis Byrne, Oct - Dec 1896, Rathdrum
Vol 2, Page 839
Rootsireland.ie has a marriage of the above in Glendalough (RC).

Above sites also show Christopher Kenna matched to Eliza Cullen, Apr - June, 1899, Rathdrum, Vol 2, Page 839 (Parish Record is in Kilquade RC - father - Andrew)

Also, Christopher Kenna matched to Martha Doyle, Jan - Mar, 1898, Rathdrum, Vol 2, Page 861 (Parish Record is in Kilquade RC - father - Thomas)
