It worked for me about a month ago, but all all this week it's been unobtainable.

Not working for a Northumbrian in Oslo. Only times I have ever tried this site is when folks have asked if it working and I have got nowhere. Still have no idea what it actually is when it does work.

I am informed by Northumberland County Council that there is no problem with the site. I sent them the link to it (which doesn't work for me) and they say they clicked on it and the site opened immediately  ::)

I thought the problem might be because I was trying to access the site from my IPad but I've just tried on my pc and it doesn't work with that either.

Maybe it's only accessible fom Northumberland?

No - I live in Northumberland and I can't get on it.
