Finding who lived in Addiscombe 1935 period

Is it possible to find who lived at 4 Highbarrow Road, Addiscombe Nr. Croydon in Surrey in the years 1934-1936 please. I believe there was a list/or other for people voting then. This would help me with a problem I have on my family tree.

The people living at 4 Highbarrow rd. Addiscombe in 1935 were
Frederick Meredew             I have looked on BMD also Familysearch but have
Gertrude       "                     not found any of them.
Bertrice         "
Dorie Wheeler
Doris Willson
In 1936 Williamenia Willson  and Alice Hicks lived there, again I could not find anything about Williamenia
In 1937 only Alice Hicks lived there
I have NO knowledge with exception of Alice who these people were.

Frederick and Gertrude and Beatrice Grace Merredew are all in Croydon on the 1911 index.

The address is shown on shipping records for the return of Arthur and Alice Hicks c1934.  It is also the address Arthur Hicks lived at according to probate 1935.   ;)
Just trying to establish if it is family they were living with.  ::)   ;D

I can see my problem my spelling of names. I have had another go at looking for (B) (M) & (D) but no surnames that come up are of any help to me.
