His Parents are william potter b 1887 and Emily parson b 1888 d 1930 croydon? If not George siblings maybe be brothers and sisters of his. if i can find both that be good.

The only marriage for a George E Potter to a Smith in 1951 is to a Kathleen D Smith not Eliza.
Without finding a marriage for William Potter and Emily Parsons there are however 8 births = father's name Potter, mother's Parsons = in Croydon 1912 to 1930.
William C 1912
John H 1914
Leonard A 1917
Dorothy L 1920
Joan A 1922
Jessie F 1925
* George E 1928
Walter R 1930

If you go to FreeBMD http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl
and enter Potter for father's name and Smith for Mother's name then start date 1951 and end date whatever you choose you will get at least one birth in 1952 in Croydon that could be a child of George E and his wife.

Hi

There are Potter births registered in Croydon registration district in the 1950s and early 1960s with a mother's maiden name of Smith. However it is highly likely that all these people are still living. Rootschat policy is not to place any details of living people on topics. Rootschat is for researching ancestors not living descendants.

If anyone has any further details for jew can they please the personal messaging system.

John Potter and Susan Potter(nee Tullett) are my great grandparents.
My father was George Edward Potter,a son of William Charles Potter, who was a son of John Potter.
