Turnpike Road leading from the town of Chapel En Le Frith to Enterclough Bridge with its branches as also the whole of the money I have upon security upon the Turnpike Road leading from Glossop to Marple Bridge with its branches I also direct and ??? and it is my will and mind that all my household furniture ??? in ??? ??? ??? ??? and thing belonging to my house and farm be valued by two impartial persons as soon as ??? after my death but it is my mind and will and I herby direct and order that my Son Samuel may take te whole or any part of that before mentioned articles or things hereby directed to be valued at the said valuation on his giving a security? for the said articles or things he may take to the satisfaction of my Executrix and Executors and such articles or things he may refuse? to take at the said valuation I direct and order that the same may be sold by public auction at the instruction of my Executrix and Executors and the money that may arise from such valuation or such sale I order and direct that the same may be equally divided amongst my children share and share alike.
