Hello Wobbles,

The Essex Hall hospital which was literally next door to Colchester North Railway Station ( 3 stations in Colchester ) is no more, they've built flats on the site, good place for a hospital and now flats, right next door to a busy railway station !! but what about the overdue fines gor the book, and it's only a 116 years overdue !
