But there is a marriage on BMD for a Charlotte Trower  Dec qtr 1843 Camberwell  4.  34
Possible grooms
Samuel Atack, James Brigden, James Brooks or Joseph Garrett

Could you possible look in the 1841 Census to see if Penelope's husband was alive and what his christian name is. I feel very sure that this is the correct family
