Mayo baptisms-COMPLETED
« on: Wednesday 04 May 05 13:26 BST (UK) »
I wonder if someone could help.
A relation of mine was baptised at St Joseph's church Rooskey Mayo in the 1940s.
He wants to find out who his godparents were. As I am not used to to finding out information for Ireland, could someone tell me the best way to find out/get a copy of these records. He now lives in London.

The church in Rooskey has a website and an email address - your friend could try that.

HI there I would write to the Parish Priest at St Joseph's and ask if they have any record's at the Church.

I obtained three baptisam record's by doing just that.

                        Good Luck.  Leprechaun
