What is Patrick's date of birth approx? There are quite a few Patrick Breslin's showing up

Myluck, thanks for that. The record is date 1878. His birth was 1861.
I'll look in to that other record you attached also. That name rings a bell on a few certificates. I managed to get Mary Berlin's death record from the burial dates I previously got also. So thanks for that. Her daughter Bridget Farrell nee Breslin was the informant.

The family are living at 55 in New Dock Street (Duncairn Ward, Antrim)

The family are living at 4 in Wellington Street (Kingstown, Dublin)

There are other discrepancies on the two returns e.g. Christina born Wexford/Dublin

Patrick BRESLIN as sailor married Mary LOUGHRAN in Belfast in 1890 LINK
His father's name was Daniel and shown as deceased.

Have most of the Breslin info with the exception of Patrick.
That Prison record defo looks like him.
The family were all from Roscommon, ive got the Siblings Birth and Parents Marriage records.
I'll have another look in to the Links you've posted. The names certainly seem to match the usual family names.
I've found the Census Information to be wildly innaccurate especially when it comes to ages.
I have Patricks sister Celia now Bryan in 1901 listed as being from Dublin (Husband filled out form)
in the 1911 Census when she is Head of the Family it confirms she was born in Roscommon.

I have just started on this path of discovery (or torture!) and I came across a Mary Breslin in 1911 Census living in Tivoli Gardens with my Great Grandmother Ceclia Bryan.  Mary was listed a niece and I surmised that she was related to Cecelia.  That makes me a distant cousin of Mary!  Would love to hear what information you have.

shown as aged 59 on burial record at Deansgrange in grave A171N

Daniel (her father) may possibly have died in 1874 LINK record is not yet online

Marriage of Danielum BRESLIN & Marian KILALEA on Nov 13 1859 Cootehall, Co. Roscommon

There is a birth for Mary BRESLIN b Jun 09 1884 to Mary BRESLIN of Tivoli Ave LINK
There is also a death for an 18yo Mary BRESLIN on Jul 28 1884 who died of metritis (inflammation of the uterus) of Tivoli Ave
She was buried in Deansgrange, also in grave A171N on Jul 28 1884

I think that this is the 16yo with Celia BRYAN in 1901
and that she married Patrick BYRNE on Jun 06 1904 LINK to civil record and to LINK to church record
I believe she was treated as a child of Daniel & Mary after their daughter Mary died in 1884
but that Celia (or her husband) correctly showed her on the 1901 census as a niece.

Patrick BYRNE & Mary BRESLIN had at least six children LINK plus LINK
They are on the 1911 census with the four eldest LINK at house 27 in Sarsfield Street (Kingstown No. 2, Dublin)

Mary Breslin Jnr was my Great Grandmother. Her mother Mary died in Childbirth. She was Celia's Sister.
