I don't know of any I.W. or J.W. Breslin. Edward Breslin had a son J.H. Breslin but he died before 1914. I would be interested though in any information you have.

I have a Dubliners by James Joyce, signed by I or J W. Breslin a week or so after publication.  As you may or may not know, Breslin's Hotel played a part both in Joyce's personal life and in Ulysses.  I am wondering if the Breslin who bought the book (in 1914) was a relative of Edward Breslin.

Is John Henry 1877 the JH Breslin

Isabella Jane 1873

Maude 1874

Mary has used her previous married name on some of the births but you can see the note on the side of Maude's giving her name as Walker.

Yes these are the children from Edward Breslin's second marriage in 1872. I am descended from his son Edward from his first marriage. His first wife who died in 1870 was also called Mary. As far as I am aware there are no descendants from the second marriage and only my family from the first. But you may know differently.

I don't know anything about them.
You asked for any information about Edward so I posted what I found.
Is there something in particular about him you hoped to find?
