Hi Roger,
It didn't delete in my in box, it just went into a draft!
In the in box which was odd I thought,
but I guess that Nick has hit that one on the head.
Clever init when you know what you are doing!

Have had a reply now, so all well.
But have you any idea how to add this person to contacts automatically?

In the inbox run cursor over  the name of the person a box will appear with 3 segments click the one labelled more, and then click the one labelled "Add to contacts"

I don't know whether it is problems with IE 8 or this site but after a certain amount of lines this message box won't show the lines at the bottom and I can only read what I've written by looking at the preview.

Thanks Roger,

I will try that  ;D

Hi Dora,

That is one problem that I have Not encountered!
But I suppose that there is always time.

Silly quesion, are you putting in all the spaces?? Have you tried the compatibility button suggested by Nick?? It certainly cured the problem that I had with the script jumping about!

Good luck, you will need to go back to page 1. posted 1 Sept.
I think!

You need to put IE8 into 'Compatability mode' for Roots Chat - click on the little icon at the top-right of the screen (next to where you type in the web site address) which looks like a sheet of paper torn in half.  You only need to do this once - IE8 remembers the setting for that site.

If Rabbit has Gmail, then there is another problem I have encountered which made me switch to Firefox, Gmail don't like compatability mode, and asks for it to be turned off!

Hi Roger,

This Rabbit had the brains to stick with Googlemail. I have read a lot of nasty stories about the other one in the computer magazines.

I work on the principal that 'if ain't broke don't fix it'

I am happy with what I have got now, thank you  8)

This old rabbit thought that googlemail was just a variant of gmail different address only.
