I've come to a dead end on the above who was my 4G grandmother. I'm trying to establish who her parents were and any siblings. There appears to be nothing on Family Search or Find My Past. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi, how sure are you of place/year of birth?
FreeReg has an Elizabeth How baptised 1 Nov 1765 in Marnhull. Parents John and Grace.
There is also a William bapt 6 Feb 1764, Sarah bapt 1 Dec 1766 with same parents.

Marriage at Marnhull - John How of this parish to Grace Lewis of this parish 26 Sept 1763 by Banns.

There are other How families on the registers.

Hi Di,

I did notice that Elizabeth, but as my Elizabeth was married in 1778 to a David Legge, I discounted her because of the age. Someone else has notified me of an Elizabeth, born to Thomas Howe and Elizabeth on Family Search
