Florrie PICKETT married in Lewisham in the quarter after Dorothy CLARK.  I wonder whether there has been an error either in the original marriage register, or in the making up of the certificate, whereby Florrie's father's details have been inserted in place of Dorothy's?

With only the two of them on the page I wonder whether theirs is the last marriage registered in the Sep quarter (and Florrie's perhaps the first in the Dec qtr?) and somehow there has been a mix-up?

That does sound plausible!
Only way to sure is to get a copy of the marriage certificate from Lewisham (not from GRO).
