census lookup please

Hi all

I am having trouble finding my man on any census....


On his Marriage his details are Peter Oakley aged 34 years living in cardiff his father is Samuel Oakley (deceased) married in 1918..

have looked but cannot find him anywhere

Samuel was a baker

any help would be great

I found a Samuel R Oakley - a Baker, born c1860 Byfleet, Surrey. Followed him in 1881, marriage and 1891 in Great Clacton - but no son of right name or age there.

Cant see a Peter in 1911 index, nor yet a birth registration!

I have looked for a birth for a Peter Oakley from 1880 to 1889 but
I can not find one.

it has me puzzled in 1911 he would be c 26 years so could be on ship somewhere.... but cant explain why he is no where to be found,

Who did Peter marry? Can you tell us the names of their children please.

he married florence Ham. they two children Peter C J  1920 and Josephine M 1926
