All we have is

Peter creighton white - iron worker
Named as father of Beatrice Hannah white born 1890 podmore staffs

Mother Elizabeth boulton born 1867 walk mill, offley brook staffs

When Beatrice married William Williams (1908) Peter creighton white was deceased last know occupation foreman steel works.

Can't find him anywhere (census/death/birth records) is he a figment of her imagination?

Any info would be much appreciated

Looks to be her father, also boarding with them in 1891 is a Thomas ASHLEY age 72

Looking at the 1891 census Elizabeth is noted as 'M' married    There is a Peter White imprisonment for embezzlement trial London 13/1/1890 but that was for only six months - so if no mistake was made on 1891 census & Elizabeth White is married where is Peter in 1891 
His death could be between 1891 - 1899 I can't see one though    There is this one but the dates don't fit Peter White age 60 (1855) Sep 1915 Wolverhampton Vol 6b page 692

Perhaps the middle name 'Creighton' is linked with his father Michael's parents
