Heaume, Walter, Henry x 2
« on: Tuesday 04 October 11 16:54 BST (UK) »
Does any body have any branches of my tree link with yours Henry 1821 census is as far as I go on mine. Really stumped as the remain family are very tight lipped and that drives me even more. ???

I have found names such as Renouf, Ozanne, Le Provost. within the family but still a little stuck.

Have you searched in Familysearch.org

There a few Heaume's mentioned there, including a 1881 census that gives some family members (wife and children).

This name may be from Du Heaume as well.

Thank you for your reply it has been a long time since I posted my query, I do have an idea when they went to Guernsey(1540). As they were Huguenots and had to leave France we have managed to find three or four Heaume families on the island but none seem to derive from Du Heaume.

thank you for your time.
