Marriage Look Up Please

Hi,

Please could someone kindly look up the marriage of a John Bromhead to a Mary in Dublin, unfortunately I do not know what parish or year. However, they had their first child Thomas born in Dublin in 1887.

If anyone is able to help with this limited information it would be much appreciated

I dont see any good matches for the marriage, but there is a likely reference for the birth of Thomas. A cert for this would give you Mary's maiden name which might help the marriage search, especially if it's a distinctive surname.

Thank you for the information concerning the birth of Thomas Bromhead, and the links for ordering the certificate, most helpful.

As you say this should provide Mary's surname which should hopefully help me trace the marriage.

Found a baptism that's a fairly close match - except the father's name is shown as Edwin.. maybe a middle name ?  Matches the middle name of the son on the civil record.

  Baptism of Thomas Edmund Broomhead - bapt 30 May 1886 (born 24 May 1886)
  Rathmines RC Parish

Gives the mother's name as Mary Grady, and the address as 43 Harold's Cross.
