1835 Pigots
Rev Thomas Hughes is in Clwyd Street
1844 Pigots
(No James)
The Misses Hughes-Ann,Martha and Elizabeth   Castle Street

I have checked the CCEd database,Ruthin(St. Peters) and Llanfwrog come under the Bangor diocese. There are no records for either in the 1780-1840 period.
This data base is not easy.I have "constructed" the same history for a John Hughes as you but I can't say I'm entirely comfortable with it yet,and there always seems to be scope for doubt vis a vis the Oxford alumni database.
