Now I understand your telephone system.......They are in their mid 50's...but ..
I haven't tried facebook....I have tried Genes Reunited...

Even those of us in our (late) 50's can manage Facebook  ;D ;D ;D

Don't give up on the phone book - I have managed to find two living relatives for two different people using the phone book.

I used a paper version of the phone book and got my hands on a book that was a about 2008-9

I used facebook to look for a 75 year old - I searched for any children he had had and then searched for them instead, that worked  :P

Thanks for the advise....If I had access to BT phone books that might help and this couple doesn't have any children....so ....back to square one

Thanks for the link.....I have not tried that site before.....What I meant was having access to paper phone books, although ancestry have some access to phone directories but only up to 1984
