As it is, it is separate to my main document and I cannot copy paste it across.

any ideas on that problem - anyone  ???  ;D

just found a site for a printing co. that will send a free e-book on how to self-publish, the last ten pages (out of about 90  ::) ) gives some detail about what I am asking.

Not sure if I am allowed to put up the details of the company??
