Wonder if anyone can help,as i'm finding it hard to find my potters?

My 3xgreatgrandparents  William potter b 1830 Abinger surrey married Eilza Dalton b 1828 croydon surrey married 6/10/1845 croydon?

I have their son my GG-grandfather john potter b 1858 Bandstead surrey married susan Tullett b croydon surrey. Trying to find rest of their children.

Plus also who is william potter who married Eliza dalton    parents? do have a Benjamin potter,but no date is he the father?  No name of mother?  And williams siblings?

06 October 1845, Shere, Surrey

To be really sure of their Fathers names/occp's you really need to by the Marriage Cert.

I noticed Family Trees only seem to have the 1851 Census. I havent found the 1861 yet but here is the 1871 where they are in Hampshire;

Looks like Elizabeth died between 1867-1871.
Names a Son Benjamin after his Father I see.
I live in Croydon, Sydney!

Who is the william potter b Forest green? 

plus how do i get a birth cert for william potter who married Eliza Dalton. Did try family search he was not on there for births

I think Benjamin should be Benjamin D, not S on Census image.

1881 Census has a Benjamin Dalton Potter born c 1862, Lambeth, Lodging with the Scotts in Bow, London.

You cant get a Birth Cert pre 1837 when William was born. You have to find a Chrsitening if it exists.
I am sure the Forest Green William is yours from 1851 Census. Childrens names are the same and your John appears also.
I will see if I can find them in 1861 now.
Sometimes dates and places of birth are a little out in Census info.
